EASLEY – Four Coldwell Banker Caine real estate agents from Pickens County were recently recognized during the company’s annual meeting held Feb. 17.

Susan McCoy and Carol Walsh qualified for the International Diamond Society, which is awarded to the top 11 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally, and Kathy Gallamore and Lisa Watson qualified for the International Bronze Society.

Top February agents

Coldwell Banker Caine real estate agents Heather Parlier, Carol Walsh and Kathy Gallamore were recently recognized as top producing agents in property sales and listings for the Easley office in February. Also, Gallamore, Susan McCoy and Wanda Stewart were recognized for the highest total volume of residential properties in February.

Top March agents

Susan McCoy, Wanda Stewart and Mary Lou Barnhardt were recognized as the top producing agents for March in the Easley office of Coldwell Banker Caine. Pat Loftis, Brett Smagala and Jere duBois received the same honor for the Seneca office.

The top producing agents from each office are ranked by the total volume of business closed during a particular month.

Melissa Hall, Susan McCoy, Suzanne Cook were recognized as the top listing agents in the Easley office for listing the highest total volume of residential properties in March. Pat Loftis, Barry Voeltz and Jere duBois from the Seneca office received the same honor for their office.

Hope joins Easley office

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Lori Hope as a residential sales agent to its Easley office.

Hope joins Coldwell Banker Caine with six years of real estate experience when she achieved her ABR®, GRI and was honored on the Middle Georgia Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club for 2003 and 2004. Her expertise includes residential property, farms and land.

Prior to moving to South Carolina, Hope worked as a paramedic for Madison County EMS. Serving her hometown, Public Safety has always been a passion of Hope’s. She received her Paramedic License from Athens Technical College.

Hope serves the Fellowship Community Church in Liberty where her husband, Chad, is the Senior Pastor. After many years in the ministry, Hope speaks and disciples at church events for women and youth. In her free time, Hope enjoys softball, photography and gardening.

She and her husband have two children, 12-year-old Camryn and 8-year-old Andy. They live in Liberty.
