Margie Beckett of Robinson Funeral Home decorates the business’ Christmas Tree displayed in the Festival of Trees at Baptist Easley hospital. Ornaments bear the name of those who have passed during the last year whose family was served by the funeral home. The 19th Annual Festival of Trees will be held through Dec. 26. Free and open to the public, this year’s festival will feature 36 sponsored decorated trees, donated wreaths, and decorated gingerbread houses. The Festival is open 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily in the hospital concourse and atrium. Sponsored by the hospital Auxiliary, proceeds from purchased lights on the Lovelight Tree go to fund the Lifeline program. A $5 donation in the name of a loved one buys a light on the tree. All proceeds from the Festival of Trees will be used to purchase equipment for Baptist Easley Hospital.
