PICKENS COUNTY - Authorities have apprehended the fourth suspect in a home invasion and the shooting death of a Clemson student earlier this month.

According to the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office, 18-year-old Lestor Devaria Mosley Jr. was caught Friday night in Georgia.

“They caught him in a motel down there in Toccoa, GA. The U.S. Marshals have been watching him, and they saw him down there and called the local police, went in, got him, and brought him back,” said Capt. Keith Parsons of the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office had already arrested Jordan Charles Dalton, 19, Jaron Bradley Dalton, 24, and Bernard Kadeen Ramsey, 19, in connection with the home invasion, robbery and death that occurred at 201 Smoke Rise Drive in the Chimney Ridge complex in Central. Clemson Student Steven Gregory Grich, 23, died of a gunshot wound in the incident.

Jordan Dalton is a graduate of Daniel High, and played football at Daniel in 2011. Ramsey is a Daniel student this year, and played basketball for Daniel last year. Jaron Dalton is a graduate of Liberty High, and Mosely attended Daniel but did not graduate.

“We never stopped looking for him (Mosley). We continuously looked for him the whole time and contacted federal marshals because we had information that he would be out of state. The big thing is getting some closure and going to court and getting a guilty verdict on all of them, and hopefully Mosley’s arrest will give some peace of mind to the victim’s families,” Parsons said.

Jordan Dalton, Jaron Dalton, Bernard Ramsey, and Lestor Mosley Jr. have been charged with murder, armed robbery, burglary and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
