Handgun safety and proficiency class starts Saturday
Tri-County Technical College will offer a Handgun Safety and Proficiency course March 2 to allow qualifying participants to apply for a South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit. Liberty man killed in hit-and-run incident
ANDERSON COUNTY — A hit-and-run that claimed the life of 32-year old Liberty resident Monday night is still under investigation. The incident took the life of Clifton D. Chapman on Sharon Church Road in Anderson County just south of Liberty.
