Liberty man killed in hit-and-run incident ANDERSON COUNTY — A hit-and-run that claimed the life of 32-year old Liberty resident Monday night is still under investigation.
The incident took the life of Clifton D. Chapman on Sharon Church Road in Anderson County just south of Liberty.
