EASLEY – Daylight savings time generally comes with warmer weather and more Spring sports. Monday afternoon, just a day after we all “sprang forward,” Easley will host Pickens in the first official track meet for the two teams this season.
The Easley track facilities at West End Elementary have no lights, so meets scheduled before the change in time were often rushed so they could be completed before dark.
