EASLEY — Access Realty and Linden Hall plan an open house this weekend to show off a 40 site home development north of Easley’s downtown.
Cindy Jones and Carol Middleton, agents for Greenville’s Access Realty, invite the community to come by and check out the Linden Hall patio home development off of Mary Ann Street near Baptist Easley Hospital.
Visitors will get a chance to look through the model home that Jones says is representative of the homes planned for the development. Seven home plans are available ranging in size from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet. Base pricing ranges from $148,900 to $205,000 with upgrades for add-ons like granite counter tops and a screened porch. To date, four homes have been sold, Jones said.
A $100 per month Home Owner’s Association fee pays for lawn maintenance on the properties. Jones thinks the development will be particularly attractive to retired people and professionals who are interested in low-maintenance homes.
Community members are welcomed Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Sunday, guests will be treated to barbecue. The model home is located at 100 Linden Hall Place.
