PICKENS – Lifelong resident of Pickens County and 2006 graduate of Easley High School, Noe Sudduth, is following in his father’s footsteps.

“My father is a cop for the Easley Police Department and it is something that I have always wanted to do as well,” Sudduth said.

Sudduth is a 2009 graduate of the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy and began his career in law enforcement for the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office in 2008 before joining the Pickens Police Department in July of 2010.

“I like working in a small town and getting to know everybody,” Sudduth said.

Since joining the Pickens Police Department, Sudduth has earned the praise of fellow men and women in uniform.

“Noe is a great officer and he is dependable. I enjoy working with him,” said Detective Samuel Byers.

Sudduth is data master certified and has received specialized training in forensics
