Circuit Judge Ned Miller is now deciding whether admitted killer Jerry Buck Inman will face the death penalty for killing a Clemson University student.

The sentencing phase of Inman's trial resumed today after being postponed yesterday.

Inman admitted raping and strangling 20-year-old Clemson University sophomore Tiffany Souers in May 2006.
