Walhalla, SC—Steven Arnold Morrison, 61, husband of Ramona Byers Morrison, of 233 North Oak Street, Walhalla, SC, died Monday, June 8, 2009 at Cottingham House in Seneca.

A native of Pickens, SC, Mr. Morrison was the son of Penny McJunkin Morrison of Pickens. He was a retired Agriculture Teacher at Walhalla High School and also taught at Habersham Middle School. Mr. Morrison was a member of Retired Agriculture Teachers of SC and Future Farmers of America. He was a member and Deacon of Rocky Knoll Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife of the home, Mr. Morrison is survived by son, Rusty Morrison; daughters, Lesley Morrison-Smith and Anna Bess Morrison all of Seneca; grandchildren, Hudson Smith; Emily, Cameron and Zachary Morrison.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Rocky Knoll Baptist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
