Charles Eulistus Patterson, 27, of 222 Acres Drive was arrested and charged Tuesday, Jan. 19 with solicitation to commit a felony.

The contacts allegedly took place between Jan. 15 and Jan. 19, and police say Patterson asked the informant if he knew someone who would kill the man, the incident report states.

The warrant accuses Patterson of furnishing the operative with jewelry to consummate the deal and providing the operative with “written, detailed instructions of how to execute the crime.”
