Roxy was a very special girl who loved life and lived it to the fullest. Hanging out with friends, dancing and a love of horses were among her favorite things. She was a ray of sunshine in the lives of all she met.
She is survived by her parents, Michael and Renee; two sisters, Shauntell Ross and Brandy Ross; her paternal grandfather, William Ross, Jr.; her maternal grandmother, Jackie Cole and her husband, Pete; and one uncle, William Rodney Ross.
Services will be announced at a later date. Arrangements by PALMETTO CREMATION SOCIETY, Charleston.
