PICKENS REC. REPORT

This past Friday night, the Pickens High School Varsity Football team sponsored the inaugural Kickoff Jamboree for our participants.

Teams played a 30 minute continuous quarter on historic Bruce Field.

Players and cheerleaders were extremely excited to play/cheer on what could be, one of the last times they will ever get to participate on the high school field.

We would like to thank PHS Varsity Football Coach Chad Seaborn and his staff for hosting and scheduling this event.

Also, kudos to the high school players and cheerleaders for serving as outstanding role models.

Thanks for sharing your patience and enthusiasm!

Football schedules and directions have been delivered to all coaches. If your football player or cheerleader has not come home with their copy, please see your coach.

Season home games are played on Volunteer Field at Jaycee Park.

Games begin Tuesday, August 23 with Super Saturday scheduled for September 11 and Rec. Night slated for October 1.

Mark your calendars now for both of these events!

Fall soccer registration continues for the following age divisions: 5&6, 7&8 and

11&12.
